At a time when French and European beekeepers are suffering, for some, from significant mortalities and catastrophic harvests due to difficult climatic conditions in many regions, this event is a unique place, for beekeepers and scientists alike, to share the latest innovations and the most recent research in an attempt to respond to the major concerns and issues facing beekeeping today. Many conferences will thus be led by world-renowned researchers. 6,000 to 8,000 visitors and delegates are expected during these 4 days. The exhibition space is free and accessible to the public. After the 1st edition in Agen in 2012, then the editions in Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Austria and Romania, the Beecome European Beekeeping Congress returns to Quimper from October 20 to 23, 2022 It is once again organized by the UNAF, and for Quimper 2022 in collaboration with the Syndicat de l'Abeille Finistérienne.
